New Construction Arizona

New build for 2025, custom luxurious home on 1.27 acres.

Our custom has broken ground, dirt in, formed and first pour has been completed. The back pad is still awaiting more dirt and should be completed

by next week, (weather permitting!) Now on to underground plumbing and electrical and then main slab will be poured.  Stay tuned,

As you can see the Shop is going up, next we are waiting for trusses. Trusses finished, roof almost done, garage door is in and

stucco complete.  This is a 30x30 shop with 10x10 garage door and 1 man door. Tile roof has been installed.
Perfect for that shop you are dreaming of!

The main house has foundation formed and ready for our pour.

Framing has started, sheeted, and trusses are done and roof sheeting finished. Electrical panel installed. Rough plumbing done.

Underlayment has been applied on the roof. Tiles have been ordered. Windows and doors have arrived. We will be installing in the next couple weeks.  We will have more progress soon, come back in a week or so!

Our windows are being installed, on this job we are using Milgard Aluminum Thermal break. They do wonderful in the heat here in Arizona.

They have  the max UV coverage on the glass. The  12' and 10' doors are being installed.

The gorgeous front door has arrived. It will be a focal point of the front of the home.

Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC is done.

Garage doors arrived and are installed. They will be custom painted to accent the home.
