Hartigan Construction is a family owned business. We've been in business for 29 years. Joseph and Tatiana Hartigan founded the company in 1995. With a passion for design and building, they set out to pursue their mission of creating beautiful designs and bringing quality craftsmanship to the construction process; their goal has always been to build your dreams.
2000
Incorporate
Hartigan Construction Inc.
Hartigan Construction becomes Hartigan Construction Inc. With their sons wanting to join the mission soon, Joe and Tatiana incorporate with a new structure getting ready for the whole family to join and operate the business.
2001
Jeff Hartigan
New Partnership
In 2001, just after graduating high school, Jeff Hartigan decides to join the company. While attending university, Jeff worked full time gaining experience and within a few years would work his way into the project management position.
2008
Wade The Storm
Great Recession
The Great Recession was a hard time for everyone, but especially for contractors. Fortunately, with a strong reputation and good customer references HCI was able to wade the storm and be one of the few contractors to still be in business after the recession.

Mike Hartigan
Newest Partnership
In 2011, also just after graduating high school, Mike Hartigan decides he also wants to join the company and work with the family. He currently is in charge of quality management, ensuring that our sub-contractors and employees are bringing the highest quality craftsmanship to the project.

2019 and Beyond
A New Economy
Over the last few years the economy, particularly the construction markets, have experienced a big boom. We've seen an uptick in both residential and commercial construction and are very excited for what the future will hold for 2019 and beyond.
