Permits are required by state law for all construction projects. As the General Contractor, we typically take care of procuring the permits and any other requirements of the city and county. If you already have permits or would prefer to procure them yourself, that is fine as well.
We have been in business since 1995. We are a family owned business running an experienced team of employees and trade partners. For more information check out our About Us page and our Company History.

You do not need to already have plans. As a Design-Build contractor, we will take you through concept design all the way to working drawings. From start to finish we will be there to take care of all the dimensions of design and construction. Should you already have plans, we are more than happy to work with those drawings and your engineer.
This varies widely depending on the size and scope of the project. Design can take as little as two weeks for a simple renovation or as long as 2 months for a custom house. Next we submit the project to the local municipality for review. This can take from 3-8 weeks depending on permitting demand. Currently the average pre-construction phase is taking 8 weeks.
We typically update our customers on at least a weekly basis. Since our customers usually like to actively participate in the design process and pick out all fixtures, finishes and appliances, they are always informed about their project's status.
Since each project is unique, it is difficult to estimate how long your project will take. Feel free to Contact Us with the detail of you project and we can give you an estimate.
