East Sac F Street

Design/Build

The original home was a one story, 900 sq. ft. The family needed more room, decision was made to tear down the existing home and design a new home in the original foot print and also add additional space to the lower level and add 3 full bedrooms and two baths and walk in master closet upstairs with laundry room.  The total square footage ended up at 2800 sq. ft., as well as a new patio area to extend the existing patio.  We converted the existing downstairs bedroom into a office, custom curved stairway with custom doggy space.  the kitchen area was redesigned with additional space with nice dining room and spacious living room.    The exterior will have a stucco finish with  upstairs open porch and a fully stucco finished patio including the beams and posts. The front door was custom made 42" with Mohogany wood that was stained red. The driveway was removed and a new one poured with extended space and added a new garage door and shutters to complete the exterior look.

the finished home.

Porch/Patio Areas

The second story front porch comes off the master bedroom to sit and relax on the warm Sacramento evenings. The new patio in the backyard adds more

room for the family to enjoy outdoor barbecues and parties.

Kitchen/Living Room

This kitchen was expanded and a walk-in pantry for extra space, the dining room was expanded and the living room as well, giving the family lot's of space

to enjoy and gather at. The kitchen boasts a beautiful 48" range, with built in microwave drawer and dishwasher and full size fridge. The custom cabinets

were built custom by D & G Cabinets, the counters are quartz, with custom gray backsplash. The custom butcher block has a prep sink and faucet.

The walnut floating shelves give the kitchen an open airy feel.

Bedrooms/Baths

The original bedroom downstairs was converted to an office and the downstairs bath was updated. A under stairway closet was added along with a doggy den.

Three bedrooms were added upstairs, with a master bath, master walk-in closet, additional bathroom and a laundry room. Hallways were designed to be 5' and

spacious. The theme used in this house was mostly black and white, which made this home very classy. Featuring a beautiful curved stair way with finished

wood floors, except for carpet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms feature all black matte hardware and vertical tile for more dramatic look.

                                                                                                                                 Finish!

The transformation of this home was unbelievable. From the neighbors who watched each progression of the build.

Have the the trusses delivered and the porch put into place, was spectacular. To finally seeing the roof put on and the stucco take shape and

all the details, steel roof around the porch and window trimmings, new garage door and new driveway. This home truly is a masterpiece, the owners were

jubilant to move in,  as they waited so patiently for the home to be finished.
