Chandler Addition/Renovation

To make some more room for the kids as they have grown older the owners decided to add on 2 more bedrooms, flex room and large loft onto the house.  The total addition area is 1400 square feet and includes new bathroom , redesign of the downstairs area and new kitchen. All new windows and expansion doors to the outside.   The exterior will have a stucco finish and new color scheme for the entire home. The outside of the house has be redesigned for a new modern look.

Demo/Framing

After Demo, framing is taking shape.

Foundation and Floor Frame

The floor is a concrete to match existing home. With the large addition we needed to add a steel beam to support the second floor and new trusses on the new

addition.    With framing done, shearing going on and roof sheeting as well. All new windows were part of this renovation and a beautiful 16 foot

expansive door leading to the outdoor pool area.

   INTERIOR FRAMING

This will be the new kitchen, living, dining room area downstairs. The other side will have a den and private living room.

Bedroom downstairs has been expanded and the bath remodeled.

  UPSTAIRS FRAMING

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing is completed, roof underlayment is done and roof is loaded. Follow us back soon for more pictures

INTERIOR FINISH

As sheetrock and paint are now finished. New doors have been hung and custom trim put on throughout the home. The base is 5" modern and

custom cut around the rounded edges of the walls. New modern lighting has been installed. The den and new private living room have solid

core barn doors for privacy and noise. The laundry room also has a solid core door to keep the noise down from the kitchen area. Two pantry's

have been added at each end of the kitchen. The custom cabinets were done in two tone, white on the surrounding area and a black stained

large island with two tone quartz and drop down wrap around. The kitchen boasts new appliances with a double oven, warming drawer, microwave.

The cook top is in the island with an overhead stainless steel hood in the ceiling for venting. Quartz backsplash brings a new modern touch to this

exquisite kitchen. The floors are 24x48 tiles making the space large and inviting. The modern electric fireplace will bring ambiance to this new room.

The 16' door brings in light into the space and looks out onto the yard and pool. The new modern stair case rails are almost done and the exterior is

in the last phase as concrete will be poured this week. Come back and see the beautiful finish.
