Kitchen Reno and Garage Conversion

Introduction

 

This project expanded the living space with the use of the garage conversion to a family room, the owners chose a cement finished floor with french doors leading to the outdoors.  The rest of the house and new kitchen was updated with beautiful acacia wood flooring. The shaker cabinets with the use of dual coloring gave the kitchen a warm inviting feel. The quartz counters with glass tile for backsplash give the room a modern clean look. The stainless steel appliances tied in with original brick wall bringing in a complementary hue to the room.

Before

 

These pictures give you the before view of the kitchen and living area to be remodeled.

 

Framing

 

Framing taking place before the old wall comes down, water heater to be moved to new location, cement pour prepped for new family room.

 

Sheetrock

 

Now the sheet rock is up and Painting is next. The rooms really open up and you can see the space.

Renovation Complete

 

Once the beautiful cabinets with a unique color sequence were complete, the Quartz counters went in and complemented by a glass backsplash.

Unique Acacia wood flooring and a custom colored cement finished floor revealed a new family room looking out to the gorgeous pool.  The ceiling

cook hood looks spectacular with the new cooktop and the pendants gave a soft touch to the room.
