Fair Oaks Renovation

Introduction

This project expanded the living space with the use of the garage conversion to a family room, the owners chose a cement finished floor with french doors leading to the outdoors.  The rest of the house and new kitchen was updated with beautiful acacia wood flooring. The shaker cabinets with the use of dual coloring gave the kitchen a warm inviting feel. The quartz counters with glass tile for backsplash give the room a modern clean look. The stainless steel appliances tied in with original brick wall bringing in a complementary hue to the room.
